The Wilderness Club RV Resort is a 55+ community, nestled in the Ozarks, just outside Hollister, Missouri – approximately 6 miles from the Branson Strip in Southwest Missouri. The shores of beautiful Table Rock Lake , Table Rock State Park,Table Rock Dam and Lake Taneycomo, a world recognized trout fishery, are just a three-mile drive.
Our POA community is comprised of 75 Cabins and RV lots, with restrictions and covenants, no rentals allowed. Most lots, whether they have a cabin or not, have full hookups (water, electric and sewer) for an RV. We are a diverse group of people from all walks of life and come from all corners of the country.
We have residents that call Wilderness Club home all year round, while others spend summers up north or winters down south. Most of our owners are retired or semi-retired, a few still work full-time. Some consider Wilderness Club RV Resort their main home – others consider it their vacation home. There are owners that have lived in the Wilderness Club RV Resort for decades while others have just begun their RV lifestyle.
Having a cabin and RV resort attitude, our members share the friendly and helpful attitude that is common among RVers.

POA Dues and Amenities
POA Dues and Amenities
Wilderness Club RV Resort Property Owners Associations (POA) dues for each lot are $60.00 per month. That's $720.00 per year (2025 rates). Dues can be paid annually, semi-annually or monthly.
The POA dues cover the maintenance cost of such common areas and amenities as: trash/recycling, maintenance of the pool and clubhouse, storage lot, street snow removal and lawn mowing of individual lots and all common areas.
Amenities Include:
The pool, hot tub and clubhouse are available for owners and their guests to use. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and small dishwasher. There is also a serving counter. The meeting room has enough tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 120 people.
The clubhouse includes a regulation size pool table, ping-pong table, a sitting area with couches and chairs, a gas fireplace, television and piano. There is a lending library with hundreds of books and videos to enjoy. Within the clubhouse, there is also a coin-operated laundry room and complete restrooms with showers. Although the pool or hot tub cannot be reserved, owners may reserve the clubhouse for private events.
A storage area for RVs, cargo trailers and boats is available for owners to use, on a first-come first-served basis.
